I am absolutely ecstatic I lost two dress sizes after working with Brittany! Brittany put together two-different workouts for me and taught me how to swim… Brittany also taught me how to make some healthier desserts and treats that have contributed to my well-being. I mainly needed help with 1) working on my balance as preparation for future years; 2) strengthening muscles and 3) losing 8-10 pounds…After a month, I actually lost three pounds!

Brittany has a very warm personality and “hears” what you are saying in terms of what you would like and how to achieve those goals. She is not “pushy” and encourages effort and improvement. If one form of exercise is too much of a reach and is likely to lead to discouragement and quitting, Brittany suggests another work-out that would have the same effect and benefit. Among Brittany’s many gifts is her ability to listen and hear what you need or want and act upon it. She not only teaches you how to exercise correctly, but she also takes into account your limitations and restrictions while taking into account your suggestions. In one comprehensive workout, I asked Brittany to integrate a short form of cardiovascular exercise. She not only integrated the cardiovascular workout, but she also provided me with videos, as she knew I would not remember how to set up the equipment.
