I’ve had colon problems in the past and hadn’t gotten a lot of feedback from my GI doctor regarding an appropriate diet or possible food trials to try to eliminate foods that may be upsetting my stomach. When I heard that Brittany specializes in colon issues, I figured it was worth a try!
Before starting, I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t be able to manage the commitment. But Brittany was highly recommended and, in the end, I was happy I went through with it!
Brittany recommended that I try the low FODMAP diet to determine whether I have certain food sensitivities. Brittany was there every step of the way. She consulted with me every week and was also very responsive over text if I had any questions! Brittany was very easy to communicate with and I always looked forward to our phone calls! She taught me so much about reading the ingredients and the certain foods that can trigger an upset stomach.

I’m generally a very private person and it’s hard for me to share personal details, but with Brittany, I had no problems at all.
