[Brittany] is very devoted to her clients, very focused on her client to ensure they execute the exercises the right way, and always explains the purpose, and where she is going, what she is trying to achieve, which I enjoyed a lot.

I started my training with Brittany after my previous trainer moved to another state. I mainly needed help with 1) working on my balance as preparation for future years; 2) strengthening muscles and 3) losing 8-10 pounds. Losing weight was where I was stuck. I was looking to work with Brittany, because as well as her skills as a trainer, she specializes in nutrition. She evaluated my eating habits, and based on that, made some adjustments, putting me on a plan to focus on protein, vegetables, fruit and water. After a month, I actually lost three pounds!

As far as my exercise routine, Brittany made some adjustments and moved me to the next level, which made exercising more interesting and successful in achieving my goals.

I appreciate Brittany’s style. She is always positive, with a good sense of humor. She listens very attentively and remembers everything. She is very devoted to her clients, very focused on her client to ensure they execute the exercises the right way, and always explains the purpose, and where she is going, what she is trying to achieve, which I enjoyed a lot. She always checks in to see how I am doing with my food plan and goals. I liked her questions about what worked for me this week and how she can be of more help with what was hard.

I would highly recommend Brittany as a personal trainer and nutritionist — a great combination!
