Working with Brittany has given me an excellent framework for how to better manage my symptoms and how to make the best food choices with an eye towards overall physical and emotional health.

For most of my life I have struggled on and off with IBS and constipation and/or diarrhea. I have endured significant bloating and discomfort after almost every meal with sometimes delayed constipation and/or diarrhea.

My goal in working with Brittany was to definitely learn my trigger foods so that I can better manage my symptoms to reduce bloating and discomfort. I needed support with learning which foods were best and ideas on how to plan and prepare meals.

We experimented with eliminating potential trigger foods over a number of weeks and ultimately decided to try the low fodmap diet. This has proven to be extremely helpful.

With Brittany's guidance it has been much easier to follow the low FODMOP diet and I have experienced far less bloating, pain and discomfort. The byproduct has been eating healthier and losing a few pounds along the way.

I am currently in the process of testing which foods I can tolerate and which ones are best eliminated from my diet. I'm encouraged by the control I have gained through the knowledge of how to eat to feel my best.

Without Brittany's guidance and support I would still be struggling with how to accomplish these goals to feel my best. Knowledge is power.
