I loved working with Brittany. I always felt understood and supported. Her approach to nutrition and health is kind, positive and uplifting, which is what I needed at the time. I am very grateful that I had the chance to work with Brittany on improving my wellbeing. As an IBD patient, dealing with the symptoms and food restrictions can be frustrating and isolating. Although I was eating a healthy clean diet, I still experienced fatigue, and increased IBD symptoms. While working with Brittany, I understood the importance of managing my stress and taking care of mental state.

I started evaluating and improving areas of my life that I did not realize were essential for managing IBD. As my symptoms, and mood, improved I was also able to expand my restrictive diet. More importantly, I worked on my relationship with food (which is almost always complex if you have IBD).
