Since working with Brittany, my stools are more firm/solid, [I've] added vegetables and fruit back into my diet, and I’m getting better quality sleep. I really enjoyed the focus on stress management/meditation. I also really liked how we only made 1 change a week - nothing drastic. She made sure to keep goals attainable. Brittany is super easy to talk to and accessible, explains everything well, and suggested small changes every week. I appreciate that she also has UC and can relate to what a life with UC is like.

Before starting the program my UC was all over the place.

I was going to the bathroom probably at least 10 times a day, 1 or 2 in the middle of the night.

I was scared to eat veggies or most food groups because I had seen conflicting/confusing info online.

I knew I needed help with finding trigger foods, decreasing number of bowel movements throughout the day, and eating a bigger variety of foods.

I was most worried about the cost of the program but after speaking with Brittany and reading testimonials from other patients who have had success working with her I decided to go for it.

If I didn't end up working with Brittany I think I would still be scared to eat, having multiple loose bowel moments a day, not sleeping through the night, not eating any vegetables.
