After 6 months of working with Brittany I got more out of working with Brittany than my 24 years of working with countless GI’s.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Brittany, being a person with Crohns for 24 years and counting now I struggled with the right nutrition, tried many diets in the past and Brittany simplified everything.  

Before starting up a 6-month program I was on a high dose of steroids both Budesonide & then Prednisone due to having tried all the major medications: Humira, Cimzia, Entyvio, and Stelara and all have failed.  So looking to someone who can help in other ways that GI’s can’t, signing up to work with Brittany Roman-Green was a game changer.

Her weekly video chats helped me keep me on top on my sleep schedule, before I was lacking in hours at night before my morning shift, which was hurting me in the end with my disease.  Adding daily meditations has been huge and even my wife has stated that she can see a difference in me now since starting daily meditations sessions.

After 6 months of working with Brittany I got more out of working with Brittany than my 24 years of working with countless GI’s.

I’m in a much better place now with my disease, my sleep schedule, finding time to plan out my meals and adding more veggies as much as possible. I continue to meditate daily, although some days are harder than others but it's a long process to get a hold of that big bad thing called Stress, I can’t thank her enough for what she has helped me with and will continue to work with her in the future going forward
