I wish I would’ve found an IBD dietitian much earlier on my journey with ulcerative colitis
I went from running to the bathroom 12-15 times a day, losing blood, and skipping meals from fatigue or fear of losing control of symptoms, and now I'm feeling confident in my ability to plan meals for myself, eat more, stress less, and have 1-3 solid BMs/day (something that hasn’t happened in YEARS) since working with Brittany.
I know which foods I can eat in a flare vs remission, and I have more energy than I did before working with Brittany.
