Flax Oil & Lemon Dressing Recipe
Finding a dressing can feel like a frustrating task with IBD- which one to choose?! So many ingredients in a tiny condiment! Here's a simple and delicious dressing that you'll want to bookmark to use as a staple in your kitchen. Not a fan of salads? Use it as a marinade for your favorite grilled entree!
- 1/8 cup flaxseed oil
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar (no sulfites)
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 TSP garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt & pepper to taste
*Makes 1/2 C; 4 servings
